Sales support at B.B. is a case of the blind leading the blind.  I have
too often been put in the awkward position of helping other customers
determine which scanner will work with their Windows PC.  The fact that I
am neither a teenager nor standing around with a blank look should have
clued them in that I do not work there.  Any port in a storm, I suppose.
